At the moment, we only ship within New Zealand, but we are working on expanding to more countries.

Our processing time is 1–2 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you can expect a delivery time of 5–10 business days. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new fashion items soon!

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the button in the shipping confirmation email.

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend reading our return policy, which you can find in the footer of our website. When you would like to initiate a return, simply send us an email. Our team is ready to help you and guide you through the return process.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will, of course, provide an appropriate solution.
